Miss Low Country’s Teen 2024

The Summerville Oakbrook Rotary Club welcomed a special guest to attend our meeting this week, Miss Ely Carroll, who is Miss Low Country’s Teen 2024.

Ely spoke to us about her activities since being crowned in September, having completed 60 appearances in just the past few months. She told us about a project she has undertaken called “What’s Your Jam” as a way of helping people find their talent and make the most of it.
